Returns & Exchanges
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still have the FAIRFAX tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. If removed, the item will not comply with our exchange policy and will not be accepted.
A request for exchange can be made within 3 days of the delivery date. Please state the exchange reason and your desired size when contacting our customer service team.
We do not issue cash refunds.
You can only exchange one time.
Please be mindful that the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & reship) plus the price difference for the size change and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by our team.
Once the exchange request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided.
**Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/ boxes are damaged/ not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.
Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
For accessories, collectibles and figures all sales are final.
For international orders, all orders are final. In an unlikely event if the shipment you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at fairfaxdxb21@gmail.com. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further clarification.
CANCELLATION
Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Fairfax reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.
