Established in 2021, we a team of sneaker enthusiasts and collectors who have a passion in helping other sneaker enthusiasts in the UAE find their desired items, as we ourselves already understand how difficult this my be. All products are guaranteed authentic and undergo rigorous quality controls across all attributes of a product (Box, color, material, stitching, tag, sizing, manufacturing quality) before they are sell/shipped to our customers.
FAIRFAX only sells authentic items in an unworn and in pristine condition. Otherwise stated that its second hand.

No, but we require an email and phone number to send your order confirmation and contact before delivery.
For items/sizes that are out of stock, please click and submit your email on the “Notify Me” on the item’s product page. Once we restock the requested item/size, you will automatically receive a notification email. You can also place an order by sending us email at fairfaxdxb21@gmail.com or you may visit our physical store located at The Walk, JBR.
After confirming payment and adding contact details, an “Order Confirmation Page” will show up confirming that the order has been successful along with your order # and we will send you a confirmation email.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order is shipped.
You can trace your parcel by visiting the courier's online tracking system and please note that it might take up to 24-48 hours for the courier to update the shipment status after the order is picked up.
You can also utilize the Order Status link in your order confirmation email to keep track of the order as it moves along our processes.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay), Apple Pay, Paypal, Cash and Card on Delivery (Within UAE only).
Yes, we ship world wide. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at the check out.
Yes, size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still have the FAIRFAX tags attached.
A request for exchange can be made within 3 days of the delivery date. Please state the exchange reason and your desired size when contacting our customer service team.
Please be mindful that the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & reship) plus the price difference for the size change and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by our team.
Once the exchange request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided.
**Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/ boxes are damaged/ not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.

Domestic Shipping (within UAE): We cater “Same day delivery” for orders placed before 6 pm. And your order will arrive the same day in the evening 6 pm to 10 pm (this service is only available in Dubai except Holidays)
You can also choose to pick up your order from our shop located at The Walk JBR.
Non-servicable & remote areas
If you live in a non-servicable or remote area in the UAE, shipping will take an additional 1-2 days.
International Shipping might take 3 – 7 business days (subject to your local customs). Delivery charges do not include import duties and taxes. These fees may be due when the shipment reaches the country of destination and are at the customers expense.
Cancellation
Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Fairfax reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.
If you have received the wrong item, then please reply to the confirmation order email, or send to our Customer Care team an email at fairfaxdxb21@gmail.com, who will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, then please send our Customer Care team an email at fairfaxdxb21@gmail.com, who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange.
Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.
