Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (within UAE): We cater “Same day delivery” for orders placed before 16:00h (UAE time).  And your order will arrive the same day in the evening 18:00h to 22:00h (this service is only available in Dubai except Holidays).

You can also choose to pick up your order from our shop located at The Walk JBR.

Non-servicable & remote areas

If you live in a non-servicable or remote area in the UAE, shipping will take an additional 1-2 days.

International Shipping might take 3 – 7 business days (subject to your local customs). Delivery charges do not include import duties and taxes. These fees may be due when the shipment reaches the country of destination and are at the customers expense.

For all deliveries:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in the UAE.

Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process, in Dirhams (UAE).

Our team will ship your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation, provided that contact and address details have been provided accurately. Any orders made online on a Saturday or public holiday will be processed on Sunday or next working day and then normal delivery time will follow.

In UAE, the orders placed after 18:00h (UAE time) will arrive by the next labour day between 9h to 21h.

EID festivities and long public holidays might result in delivery delays of additional 72h till the next labour day.

Fairfax will send you an email as soon as your item has been shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your order through our shipper’s portal.

You will receive your items in the original item box.

Please, keep with you the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
